Used riser plugs to lift Vracks and snapdeck so I could get a fender on the stock 700cx38 tire. Just fit. I added a Stokemonkey electric motor to make this a combination hauling/commuting machine. It really tames the hills; carrying 80 lbs (my highest load) or nothing is about the same with the Stokemonkey. Only difference is the speed climbing hills. <br /><br />Photo courtesy Paul</i>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5877195036810812231.post-62021967860814105442010-02-25T10:44:00.001-08:002010-02-25T15:07:10.429-08:00473: Jim's Xtracycle<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/ridebikeslistentoslayer/4373937281/"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 500px; height: 333px;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4043/4373937281_8a4b3ea70e.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Photo courtesy <a href="http://www.tarckbike.com/">Jim</a><br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/ridebikeslistentoslayer/4374692038"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 333px; height: 500px;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2774/4374692038_1e255d8667.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><a href="http://www.tarckbike.com/"></a>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5877195036810812231.post-48365456143604570152010-02-23T13:07:00.001-08:002010-02-23T13:10:28.383-08:00Tour de Taco<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/33353980@N07/4380070373/"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 500px; height: 375px;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4063/4380070373_3cf1b77549.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><span style="font-style: italic;">I gave rides at Tour de Taco.</span><br /><br />Photo courtesy <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/cold_iron/">Cold Iron</a>.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5877195036810812231.post-82835439987066556862010-02-22T10:47:00.001-08:002010-02-22T10:48:02.841-08:00472: Rob's Xtracycle<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/grrsh/4377167171/"><img style="float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4053/4377167171_8089ba9073.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><i><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Taking my kids to ride at the playground. leisurely 10 mile roundtrip on the bike path by the river. 100+ lbs of kids & stuff hauled by me and the X.
